Join cookbook author, cancer patient, and Seattle soup lady Caroline Wright at her October soup stand – think lemonade stand, but soup instead – in front of the beloved Fremont cookbook store Book Larder from 11-2 pm. Pick up a copy of one of her soup cookbooks and have her sign it while sipping a soup made from one of her favorite recipes. 100% of proceeds benefit the American Brain Tumor Association, set aside specifically for glioblastoma research.
