Female Forward is an annual, dynamic event designed to coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The event on October 19 blends women’s health with providing a space to gather, get checked or give back, and simply feel good. Female Forward is brought to you by participating University Village merchants offering donations for a portion of sales, discounts or hosting cancer-based organizations or brands as well as health-based partners from Fred Hutch Cancer Center and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Cookbook author Caroline Wright will be making and sharing samples of her soup, and signing and selling cookbooks.
